1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Codify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides tools for Shopify merchants to manage Cash on Delivery orders, create upsell offers, and assess delivery risk using a database of phone numbers associated with delivery performance.
3. Use of Delivery Intelligence Data
The App includes a feature that flags phone numbers based on historical delivery performance (e.g., "Blacklist," "Attention").
- Information Purpose: This data is provided for informational purposes only to help you make business decisions.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the current accuracy of a customer's delivery status, as this data is based on historical records from third-party delivery partners.
- Merchant Discretion: You are solely responsible for the decision to fulfill or cancel any order flagged by the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, and content, is the property of Codify and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or reuse any portion of the code without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Codify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
